The botanist is a gin of layered complexity. 22 hand-foraged local botanicals delicately augment nine berries, barks, seeds and peels during an achingly slow distillation. This first and only Islay dry gin is a rare expression of the heart and soul of our remote Scottish island.

INGREDIENTS

-50ml The Botanist Gin
-125ml tonic water
-Ice cubes
-Rosemary sprig, to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the ice and The Botanist gin, top with tonic water and then garnish with a rosemary sprig.
